Tire Kingdom

Completely untrustworthy. Asked to patch a nail in the center of my relatively new tire (aka patchable) and to purchase windshield wipers as mine came off during a storm because the clips weren’t secured. - was told that the nail could be patched but I needed to purchase a new tire sensor. (My tire sensor was working because it’s how I knew that I had an air leak in my tire.) I said I would like the tire patched but would pass on the new sensor. -5 min later, someone else came up and said that the tire needed a “two part patch” and they only have the “one part patch,” therefore I needed to purchase a new tire, a new sensor, and the windshield wipers for $399. -I said that I would pass on the new tire (& sensor) since mine was already new and just wanted it patched. Said I would try to find a shop with a “two piece patch” that they described but would like to purchase the windshield wipers. They angrily said no, since I wasn’t purchasing the new tire, they would not let me purchase or install the wipers and needed to go elsewhere. Went to Costco, described the situation that occurred. One of the managers said they were actually fraudulent and negligent, since wipers are a hazard a

From the moment I came in, Blake (Manager) was professional and knowledgable. I didn't have an appointment but he was able to give me a free assessment of why my car would shake above 62mph. He test drove my car then put it up to check the tires finding areas of bulging in two tires. He was sensitive to my financial worries and helped me with finding tires in my price range limits. I set an appointment and then was helped by Raoul who also explained more about tire wear and Mike who made sure my tires were aligned perfectly and explaining the importance of that. I appreciated all of them taking the time to help me understand and get me back on the road. Thank you Tires Plus-Ormond

I blew a tire on my trailer which I was pulling behind my motorhome. We were on 95 I gave him my just south of Ormond beach. Put my spare in and limped to the tire kingdom parking g lot at 10pm. Slept in the motorhome overnight till they opened. I was greeted by Josh in the am who said they have the tires I needed and would get in it as soon as the techs arrived. Gavin, michael and Jeff arrived and immediately started in my trailer. Four brand new tires balanced, and installed and we were out the door at 8:45 am. Thank you guys for getting us on our way!

I pulled up about 8am this morning & got a great deal on my alignment for my 2017 Corvette Stingray C7! Better than what I had expected and the price beat 3 other businesses. The steering wheel feels tighter and more accurate when shifting lanes. I am happy with the quality of service & management. Thanks Blake.

Blake was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to help me choose what was the best, safest, and most affordable option for my vehicle! I was on a time crunch and the team prioritized getting my vehicle back and completed within the time that I had available. Blake was so kind and patient and this was my first experience at tire kingdom, which has made me a customer for life. Thank you Blake!!
